What do you think of preteens and teenagers today?

Don't you think it's too early for them to start using makeup? Why do they act so "grown-up-like"? What do you think of it..?

They act so prematurely before their age that's why they get pregnant at the age of 13 or 14 and land up in some shelters for support. What a shame on the society.
