Football cleats- broke a bone in my hand trying to take down a D-lineman, scratched the sh!t out of my arm, one guy on my team torn his knee open
Track- doing long-jump I over shot my landing spot, took a quick hop up not to be DQ'd and stepped on my hand. I tore my hand open, taped it and went on to race in 2 more events.

I haven't but when I was playing 3rd base in high school I jumped up to catch a ball thrown to me and when I came down I had landed on the baserunners hand and split it open with my metal spike pretty bad.
