No you cannot, because Romania is not part of the Schengen visa countries. So you will need a visa to go there. See below for a list of countries that you can visit.

You will need a Romanian visa, but I believe you can request one at the entry point. However, do some research at the consulate before you go.

i think you need a visa. especially if you are from an Arabian country. it's more difficult for you to come here now.
