How to get good results on an EKG?

My dad has to take an EKG. What can he do to get a good score (i.e. food that he can eat or exercises, or something like that)?

There is nothing he can do to influence his EKG. The EKG simply measures how electricity is being conducted through the heart muscle. I hope your dad's EKG is normal. However, if it's not, it can give his doctor some really important information about what's wrong, so that his doctor can work with him to correct the problem.
