The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs.
I learned to touch type 52 years ago and it has served me well throughout my life. When we started, back home in Ireland, we only had six typewriters for a class of twelve. Every ten minutes we would get a turn on the machines. Otherwise, and I kid you not, we had a paper keyboard stuck on the desk which we used for blank typing. It worked......................

Yes, it's easier.... but the real question should be....
Do you have to look at the keyboard to type correctly?
I don't. I watch what I am typing or if I am typing (copying) something, I look at it while I type.
Gee, now that I have looked at the keyboard, it needs a good cleaning!!!

yep - unless I'm holding my coffee, I try not to do that often though because I logged on to a question and saw GodsGiftToWomens pic and answer and the hot coffee shot right out my nose I laughed so hard - not fun, not fun at all.
