I mean I have to work with this guy, I feel bad that he always gets on my nerves, what should I do?

I try to look at situations like that as opportunities to gain patience. I know that's not a big help but most people on the planet annoy me :) and in really bad situations, I think it's just best to keep your mouth shut and count to 10 slowly. Think of something/someone that doesn't annoy you, and maybe just avoid them as much as possible... they'll eventually figure out that they're annoying

u need to tell him straight hey your gettin on my nerves but tell him also whats buggin u soo he won't go sayin well i don't want to do this because it might get on your nerves but also when u tell him don't be mean or have an attitude have a voice that means your serious but not too serious kk

Try to get to know him better, find out his deepest darkest secret and then tell everyone, forcing him to leave his job or you could start showing him job postings that might interest him.
