New England is bounded by Canada (Quebec & New Brunswick), New York, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Technically, there might be a boundary between Maine and southern Nova Scotia near the mouth of the Bay of Fundy. That was negotiated in 1783, when a number of islands in that vicinity were awarded to Canada. Those islands were administered by Nova Scotia rather than New Brunswick.

You need to look at a map of the area to figure this out.
