I am a decent looking guy. But I have developed sort of a complex because my back is so hairy. I guess I have heard too many women make negative comments about how gross hairy guys are. Are there any women out there who actually like hairy men? And, no, I don't want to shave my back because the hair will grow back courser, and plus I would have to do it every other day.

I don't see what the big deal is with some women and hairy guys but it's not gross to me . Years ago when I was a nurses aid we had to give patients back rubs if they wanted . There was a gent that the girls refused to give a back rub because of his hairy back so every night they would come and get me. Had to be a little more gentle as not to pull any hair but the guy was a very nice person.

I'm sure there are plenty of women who like hairy men. When it comes down to it, everyone is different, with different likes and dislikes. There are unfortunate social norms, such as "fat people are unattractive" and "hairy backs are gross," but these are not facts, they are cultural ideals. Each individual person likes different things, and I guarantee you will find women who think hairy backs are infinitely sexy.
Keep in mind that what you hear is never the whole truth. Because the social norm is that hairy backs are unsexy, it is considered acceptable to say so out loud, in public. It would not be so generally accepted if a woman said she finds hairy backs sexy, so she'd be less likely to say it.
If you ever do feel like you want to get rid of the hair, it's good to stay away from shaving. Waxing would probably be your best bet, although extremely painful. But it's best to just appreciate yourself for who you are, and not worry about common ideals like that.

I was always turned off by a hairy back...until I fell in love with a guy with a hairy back and realized it wasnt a big deal. He was really hairy and I never liked that kind of thing until I met him. If a girl loves you, she wont care if you are hairy or not. If you are really worried about it, get it waxed!

Most woman do not like all that hair~ We have enough between us and not for you to have a hairy back~ Ugh, well no negative tone over here have you tried WAXING it off? I know it will be painful and stuff. I wish you luck in finding someone~

hahah i actually am into hairy men, to an extent. my boyfriend is sort of hairy, but a lot of women like that typical muscular type guy, just like men like that typical slim big boobed woman.
its up to whoever you are dating, if they truly like you the back hair wont be too much of an issue.
your hair wont grow back courser actually, its just a myth. if its a pain, dont do it, wait for someone who will appreciate you for you.

if a woman is into you, then she'll accept the whole package. not everyone is perfect. many woman have facial hair on their upper lip but they just get it waxed. and just about every woman has their eyebrows done. so, as far as hair goes, you are not alone. many people have hair issues. maybe if it bothers you that much, you could look into getting a laser treatment. as waxing would probably be extremely painful. obviously, some people are just rude. if you are a decent respectful guy, than i'm sure you'll find someone who will see that instead of your hair.

No, I think that is a turn off. Anyways instead of shaving your back you can like get a wax. That is way much better. Well hope this answered your question and yeah I think there are women who actually like a man with hair.

some women like the hair, others dont. i know if i liked a guy who turned out to have a hairy back, it wouldnt stop me from liking him.

WELL MOST OF US GURLZ AREN'T INTO THE WHOLE HAIRY MEN THING. U SHOULD THINK OF GETTING A WAX BECAUSE YOUR HAIR DOESN'T COME OUT AS FAST. BUT MAYBE YOU'LL FIND SOMEONE WHO LIKES MEN WITH HAIRY BACKS... THINK ABOUT IT.
