Pretty Expensive you should take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station about 15 Pounds then take the tube to Hyde Park it will be alot cheaper because Gatwick is about 40-50 Km away.

Only the very rich or the very stupid would consider taking a taxi for that journey.

Gatwick is about 15-20 miles south of central London, so a licensed taxi would cost a minimum of £45, plus a tip. A mini-cab (unlicensed) may be a little cheaper but not as reliable.

Cheapest and quickest route is to take the train from Gatwick to Victoria in central London, and then the tube to Hyde Park Corner, which will take about just over an hour.
