LOL - didn't see this question coming, did we? Grin.
Let's see - I love words and all the things that can be done with them - I'm very good at that.
I am organized and I am a great administrator - I can see the overall picture when planning an event, right down to the seemingly insignificant details - and by delegating the right people for the right jobs, can orchestrate all the different pieces into one solid and working "thing."
I'm a good boss. I never lose sight of what it feels like to be in the powerless position of my employees; I explain the reason behind the things that they're required to do, because I believe that in any area of life, people often do much better when they understand the reason why their part of things is important to the overall outcome.
I think everyone has a right to their own self respect and good feeling about themselves, and have always made sure that anyone around me is treated completely as an equal. I don't think I'm better than anyone else, and treat people accordingly.
Boy, what a mixed bag these two questions of yours come together to create! Scary!
And again, I think there are too many things to list. LOL - I admire those folks who have the ability to just plop a couple of items down here and move on. Hahaha!
