The answer to this question could only be answered with what you'll be happy in, or depends on what your goals in life are. Most asians come from close knit family and there are more asians in the US than in Europe. One would be happy living close to relatives who'd be there to help in times of difficulties. Other people are happy if they're travelling and making lots of money. If you are still in your country and contemplating on where to go to practice your profession, the easiest place to get a visa is Europe; while it takes a lot more paperwork, money, and time to get a US visa.
