Totteham Hotspurs v Nottingham Forest.
1992 League Cup Semi-Final 2nd Leg.
We were all made to wait outside the ground for 2 hours after an IRA bomb scare. Crowds of rival fans lined up opposite sides of the road in appalling weather, yet no trouble started, just banter and singing across at each other. All in all a great display of resilience. When the match kicked off it was in a downpour the pitch got heavier and heavier. The atmosphere was electric, Forest fans were heard chanting "Brian Clough's Red and White Army" for 30 straight minutes. The game was very close run and went to extra time, it was finally settled by a Roy Keane Thunderbolt header from a corner. Straight in front of me.
Great times.
also beating Man Utd at old trafford 1989 FA Cup Quarter Final :)
Going to 2 European cup finals with Forest, and winning both :)
low times, being at Hillsborough the day of the disaster.

Based on my own preference
1990 at Old Trafford. Man Utd 1 - 2 Liverpool. Everything about that game was tremendous, from a Liverpool point of view anyway, apart from Ronnie Whelans own goal.
Based on the quality of football
About 1991, Leeds 4 - 5 Liverpool. It turned out to be a scary game but in the first half Liverpool were 4-0 up in about 20 minutes. That 20 minutes football was awesome.

Leeds 4 Derby 3. League game 1997ish. Took me 5 hours to get to the game. Arrived just before kick off to see Leeds go 3-0 down in the 1st half hour. I was sat there thinking do I go home now and miss a hell journey home. Decided to stick it out and it Leeds levelled the score with 8 minutes to go. The winning goal was scored in the 92nd minute. All you could see was a sea of bodies flying all over the place. Lost my voice for 2 days

England v Spain - Qtr final of Euro 96 at Wembley (yeah Wembley, remember that). England won on penalties (that's pretty amazing in itself) - the most memorable being when Pearce scored his, laying to bed his penalty miss from Italia 90 world cup.
But the best bit was the atmosphere afterwards - the whole stadium singing the best football song ever - 3 lions on a shirt - I'm not embarrassed to say tears were shed.... OK well... a bit embarrassed.
Then a few days later we were back down to earth with a bang - I was at Wembley again to see England lose on penalties to Germany in the semi

I saw the New England Revolution play the Colorodo Rapids a long time ago. It's like the only professional game I've ever gone to and I went because it was the first time I got to meet my cousin (in-law) Marquis White aka the Roadrunner. Although he didn't get to play it was still really cool.

1958 Charlton v Huddersfield at the VALLEY.
20 minutes to go and Charlton are losing 1-5
They are down to ten men because one player has been injured and no substitutes were allowed in those days.
In the last 20 minutes Huddersfield score one more goal but Charlton score six and win 7-6.
Beat that.
