The obvious answer is Target. The clothes aren't luxurious but aren't total crap, either. Forever21 is good if you aren't hoping to keep the purchase forever. Walmart is the same. Aeropostale, American Eagle, and the like have some nice things and are borderline on the affordable side, but are more suited for preteens and teens than for young adults.
It's respectable that you're trying to be thrifty, but don't expect great quality clothing for low prices. Sadly, that just isn't how the world works these days.

Wal-Mart has a nice selection of clothes for teenage girls. I've found many t-shirts with popular logos on 'em, like Vh1's I Love the 80's! And they only cost an average of about 7 bucks.

Check out www.platoscloset.com they are awesome. Designer jeans reg. $169 (Diesel or Ms Missy) for $35. A/X baby t's reg. $40 for $8, BCBG sweats reg $200 for $28. It is a higher end resale shop. Very cool and no one will ever know you did not pay full price.

uh thats never going to happen. However some cheap stores with decent clopthes include old navy, kohl's, and forever21

kohls has a lot of really good clothes and a lot of times they have very good clearences. Also go to Target and Walmart. They have very good selections. Those are my three fav. stores.

trget has a new line. omg plato's closet has name brand clothing that has barley been used for cheap prices. also Ross is pretty good.
