Is this a trick question or what??
I was very disconcerted to read a question I could not answer.
However, let me say this, I think it is not your appendix but your colon. But I do not know which one. I don't even know how many colons a person has.
But if it were your appendix you wouldn't be asking trick questions.
As for the rupture, that right there is a typo. Just be straight with everybody and say "Im a born-again-Christian, and I made a typo."

How do you know that it is your appendix? Pain on right side, fever chills, vomiting. Thes are all symptoms of appendicitis. If you wait for them to rupture, the infection will travel into your other organs, small and large intestines, liver, etc. You may lose more than just your appendix if you do not see your md.

Praying never healed anything including an appendix. Go to the doctor now!

One of Jesus disciples was a physician. No you should not unless you have the absolute faith that Jesus can heal you from this pain. Absolute faith says there is no doubt, not even a niggling doubt. So I say go to the hospital and get them out, about now would do.
