1- sleep- you can't think clearly if your mind is tired.
2-Stretches and exercise. This bring oxygen to your brain and straightens your bones and body.
3-Pray to God the father, In the name of Jesus and with the help of the Holy Spirit for new strength physically, mentally, and emotionally. Pray for wisdom on how to avoid getting stress.
4- Mediate on God's Word - The bible. The word of God blocks negative thoughts from coming into your mind. The word of God is a lamp unto to your feet. The word of God clears your mind and helps you to think God's way which is higher than your way. The word of God give you the truth which will set you free. The word of God gives you strenght to do all that you have to do. I can do all things through Christ who strenghten me.
5. Address the problem. Face the problem. For example if your boss is being unrealistic and continually giving you more work than a work day contains you need to talk to him. If you are not living a balance life work hard at balancing your life out. So put your finger on what ever is causing you to be stress.
6. Also learn to say "NO". It's good to help people but you also have to use wisdom. It's not good if you are always helping others but your house, your immediate family, your responsibilities, your priorities and your needs are falling through the crack and constantly being ignored.

Go somewhere you like to be, if you're sick of the countryside, go to the city, if you're sick of the city, go to the countryside. The latter works best for me.

Listening to music you love is always a winner.

Don't leave problems that are worrying you unresolved. Try and do something about them, easier said than done but it feels better to be trying to do something about it than dwell on it for too long.

Try and talk to someone else about your problems, a close friend or a relative. It's best to get things off your chest.
