Yes, yes and yes again. Somtimes I have to use my mums ordinary one if i am helping her out and it makes it so much harder. I keep telling her but she takes no notice.

Most Dry Cleaners use this method. Dry Cleaners are still in business. A steam iron was developed to ease the ironing process. If you didn't have a steam iron, you would still need to spray the item with water to assist in the ironing process. The choice is yours.

not nesc. i dont use mine as it spits when i dont want it to.
i just have a plastic watermister thing that we also use on the barbi.
depends how much you wanna spend on a iron.
i'd rather go for a good ironing board myself.
mine has a metal (type) cloth so it conducts the heat and irons both sides , but i have burnt myself on it
