I was in high school when it screamed from a reasonable .40 to an astronomical .65! I wish! LOL

I can remember filling up at that price in the early 90's. When I first starting driving... and cigarettes were $1.50 per pack for the name brand smokes.

my dad said that in 88 or 89 the gas prices were no more then 1.15

so yeah the prices have changed big time. i hear that they will stay in the low $3

darn

good thing i get free gas. ahhahahahahahahha

Chicago area 1989-1990 Maybe before that even... I remember when it spiked to $1.40 and I said that once it hits $1.50 I was going to stop driving... Well... I'm still driving... so much for sticking to my guns...
