How do I go about in telling my dad that I'm old enough to make my own decisions and I want him to let me be me and learn to accept that I'm not a little girl anymore?

Sweetheart, you can tell him over and over again and he still won't listen! In a fathers eyes their daughters will always be there baby girls. If your old enough to make your own decisions, then do it but I'm telling you he's never going to except it. He'll just have to get use to it!
