Went to play the Xbox and all it does is when you turn it on it will go to the screen where it says.....music...memory...ectttt... Anyway when I put a game in it or even a music cd it wont load up or nothing. It was just working couple days ago. Does it need to be clean out or did something go bad inside of it? Any ideas?

Buy a cleaner for it and try that out. If it doesnt work it's most likely the system. The easiest thing to damage on it is the lense butI guess the real question is whether or not you own a first generation Xbox or not. That could have a lot to do with it. If ya don't wanna spend any money then resort back to the olden days when you had to blow on the system and game before you started it up! Hey, it's one of those things that always seems to work when you least expect it!

when u put a cd in was it really dusty if u did then it may have caused the lens (part that reads the disk) to get dust on it which means it cant read ur game i do hoowever believe there is a cd that is designed to bruch and clean lenses i recomend u look for it at a dvd or cd store

Make shure your disc(s) arnt damaged or dirty, if its your Xbox then have a professional clean it, dont do it your self or else you'll break somthing inside of you Xbox by taking it aparte.

first try another game first. if that game works, then your xbox is fine and the game is messed up and needs to be cleaned.

i think it needs to be cleaned out.so u have to take it to go get the xbox cleaned
