Ok....when you take your contacts out of the case, dry your finger you got it out with. You don't want your contacts too wet when you put them in. If your contact kind of flattens out on your finger, you know it's still too wet, so, transfer it onto another finger, wipe the finger you hand it on, then transfer it back. Now, with your free hand, pull your lower lid down a bit (more room). Place the contact on your eye, when you press down on your eye with the contact you should be able to hear some air bubbles come out. If you hear that...SUCCESS. Don't worry, it takes practice. Try several times everyday to put them in and pretty soon you'll get the hang of it. Hope this helps!

Hey! When I first got my contacts I had a similar situation. what you should do when putting them in is look to the opposite direction of the one your putting in and pull your eye lids as wide open as possible, keep on looking in the opposite direction then place the contact on the white of your eye and not the iris, roll it around so it can form around your eye after a short time slowly close your eye, roll, and finally open. (If your situation involves blinking involuntarily and your contact is similar to Acuve Advance
(Johnson & Johnson) this may help)

if u r right handed, use your left middle finger to pull the top of ur eye lid up. using ur right hand with the contact on ur finger next 2 ur thumb, pull the bottom of the eye down with ur right middle finger. then put the contact in. it should work. as for ur left eye,try looking away from the contact. thats what i do and its been so much easier to put the contact in

When you are putting them in make sure that you are looking at the lense. It took me a while but you get used to it. You have to look at the lense when you are putting it in.

Ask your parents or someone who knows how to put contacts show you how to put the left contant. If they don't know go to your eye doctor and ask him or her to teach you.
