Let her know you noticed her first. Maybe get together in a group and get to know her a lot better. You should be able to tell she is attracted to you. If you feel you have her attention, spend more time with just her.

Try being confident and don't try too hard to impress her. Talk to her while being yourself.......that should help a bit.
