With a good eye makeup remover - that most likely contains oil to break down the mascara. I've tried everything, and to this day only one kind works for me: Lancome's Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover. It is wonderful. The oil is actually good for the eye area, as dryness can lead to premature lines, especially on delicate skin around the eyes.

Go to your drugstore and look for an eye makeup remover specifically for waterproof mascara. Any drugstore should have it.

Use a bit of face cream on a tissue,or there are a lot of different remover brands out there, but I have found that the face cream works just fine and is less expensive because I always have moisturizer on hand.

You're probably going to have to use eye makeup remover. I like most of the ones that Clinique makes.

Go to wal-mart and get oil free make up remover. It works really well. You can also try with oil, but then your face looks oil-ly.
