If you believe Adam and Eve existed, then you have to believe that they came first, because that's what the bible says in Genesis. If you don't take Genesis literally, and you accept that dinosaurs existed, then Adam and Eve never existed at all.

According to various scholars, the first five books of the Bible (known as the Pentateuch) were written down mainly by Moses, along with a few other authors (since Moses dies in Deuteronomy). Moses falls into Adam's lineage (about 25 generations later). When he told the story of creation in Genesis, he would have obviously gone back and told the story from his family's point of view.
Also, notice the animals were created before Adam and Eve according to the first creation story (Genesis 1). These "days" cannot be proven to be a 24 hour period in which we know. For all we know, this could have been thousands of years between these as God carefully and perfectly made his creation (i.e., the years of the dinosaurs). The dinosaurs and other creatures could have been been wiped out by God (extinction) with new creatures put in their place (the ones we know today). "Cave men" could have come after the tower of babble incident, when the people of the world were scattered.
According to the second creation story (Genesis 2), no animals are mentioned in creation. No time frame is mentioned either. Also, we can only assume that the garden of Eden was the only garden created, as the story was written from the perspective of Moses and his family.

They were all there. If you read the Bible, animals came before humans. Therefore, Dinosaurs. And if you think about it, adam and eve could have been the first cavemen, considering they weren't that bright. And the way I see it, Adam and Eve are just a representation of a large mass of people over a long period of time. it was just condensed to fit one book.

Adam and Eve definitely came first and that's not an opinion, it's a fact. In the bible it says that Adam and Eve were the first living things on Earth and the dinosaurs came later.

Consider this. There is a theory that there was a very long time span between verses Genesis 1:1 and 1:2. Known as the Genesis Gap.
Verse 1 In the beginning God created the heavens and earth. (Please excuse me I'm not looking at a Bible at this moment)
Verse 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters
The theory goes kinda like this: There was life on earth in the beginning (Verse 1). Then when Satan and his demons was thrown to the earth, it destroyed the earth. Explaining the condition of the earth as described in verse 2. Then the later verses was the description of how he rebuilt the earth.
To me this explains the dinosaurs and the fossils that date back many millions of years and then the later evidence of when men started populating the planet.
This theory is not highly accepted but logically makes the most sense to me.

The dinosaurs preceded mankind, and that includes "Adam and Eve" by millions of years! The dinosaurs got their butts extinct some 65 million years ago. After came such animals as mammoths, giant sloths, etc.
Mankind (or "cavemen") then came along way after with much of the animal world (with a few extinctions) we're now familiar with.

In my opinion the Bible is nothing more than a good mythology story. Look at it this way, back during the ancient Greek & Roman times they had beliefs that at the time were very popular and made sense to the people living then. We look back on some of those theories now and realize things have changed and although they worked then they would not now. You are thinking the same thoughts I did a few years ago and in my opinion the facts of science far out weigh the religious ones. I am at peace with my decisions and try not to criticize others, it's their belief as long as they don't try to cram it down others throats.

Adam and Eve were the first thing created in the world. As you read the passage in the bible Adam and Eve were the first thing created by God that was a living thing. Genesis 1
Dinosaurs were in Earth a million yrs ago. But I can't really say who came first because it's impossible to tell if dinosaurs were 65 million yrs ago andd Adam and Eve were more than or less than that but all Ican say is that they were the first things were on Earth.

frankly it's hopeless, even if someone built a time-machine and went back and took photos of them dinosaurs, or further back still to the very beginnings of life on this planet, those people who want to believe in the bible STILL wouldnt credit it! the real question is this, which story are YOU most happiest with? reasoned thinking based on actual observations, or something that someone wrote down in a ancient foreign language in a book a 1000 or more years ago without any benefit of modern scientific instruments?
and before you decide, bear this in mind too, adam and eve and all that are just one creation myth among many. if you had been born, say, in asia amongst people who had never even heard of the bible, you would have been told a completely different story!
