It won't be communist for long. Prior to Fidel Cuba was the third wealthiest country in the western hemisphere. The United States is used as the straw man to explain the current poverty, while Cuba trades with the rest of the world. It should be wealthy if the economy made sense. There will be fewer Republican votes in Florida in the advent of the demise of the Castro Brothers because many Cubans desire to return to Cuba from Miami.

idk what will happen or if Raul Castro can hold things together after Fidel bites the dust. If the country frees itself from communism, prolly be a huge wave of immigration to the US tho.
