Depends......Healthy for those who want to share, even if it isn't right in some peoples books. Most people whether they decide that their sex life isn't as great as it used to be and/or want more "spice" and they both agree....why not!?! The problems come when couples don't have rules and they just decide to jump in with both feet.......and sometimes......the water is just a little too deep and you drown.

If you both are interested in swinging, you MUST develop a set of rules in order to be successful. Rules allow each of you to understand each other's comfort levels, interests and "sore spots". (Like if you want to get together with other couples and watch, but not touch, or touch but no intercourse....ect.) There are different levels to swinging.

Without a good set of rules, you will almost definitely suffer jealousy, and anger, and being uncomfortable.

I have been involved in swinging in a previous marriage. That marriage didn't last. People seem to get involved in swinging for honest reasons, but its like a cancer to a relationship. Getting involved in swinging takes whats important about a relationship and takes away the sanctity of it. You should feel "special" with your spouse. That feeling goes away once you see someone else give her an organism, or if she is a little too attracted to someone...Swinging is bad. If you want to get involved in that, you need someone who is a friend with benefits to get involved in it with you.

As long as the rules are in place, agreed upon by both of you, then It can be healthy. Not in all cases but it can improve a marriage for some people. Just remember that you both must agree and as I said all rules must be layed out in advance.

I don't know...it's certainly more of an honest approach at variety than cheating, but I wouldn't be in favor of sharing my woman( and I'd feel better knowing she wasn't in favor of sharing me). But, to each their own.

I guess it depends, if there is an agreement on what happens and doesn't then of course it can. It may make them want each other more.
