I do not think that they are sexy at all, I think that they are rather frumpish! Yet if the right person (like Sienna Miller or Kate Moss) wore them, they can actually be OK. I think it all depends on how confidant you are. Personally I find that knee length boots are sexy, especially if they have stiletto heel...BUT not in white...White heels are usually very tacky!

It normally goes along with role-playing. Or strippers. There's an appeal to very high heels and fishnets on a beautiful woman.
