If you are about to reach 21st birthday. Congratulation! You are mature enough to know you should not smoke, should not drink. They are harmful.
Take a trip to some island, bath in the sun and make some more college firends.

I spent my 21st birthday at Marineland (kinda like Sea World) with my two very small children, husband and young brother in law.
Surely you can find something more fun to do than THAT.

go to Las Vegas, set up at the Blackjack 21 table betting $21, and order martinis at 11:59pm (the day before your b-day). When it turns to 12am (the day of your b-day), chug down the martinis, play Blackjack 21, and with your winnings (if you don't have winnings, have $21 on you just in case) and go buy 21 things. ;)
Other options include, having 21 HOT guys massage your body and cheer you on while you chug down martinis.

Get together with your close girlfriends and have a woman to woman party at your house. Like a everyday birthday party, but you don't need cake and ice cream.

Not getting drunk!!! Big mistake made by most just turning 21ers. Instead, do something you enjoy...Treat yourself to a little pampering and buy a nice personal gift for yourself like a ring to commemorate this mild stone in your life. Happy Birthday!

How about inviting your best friends to your house and have a party? Then all of you go wherever you feel like going, ie. movies, shopping, disco, bar... etc
