Is that before or after airfare and hotel cause if not it would look pretty boring. You wouldnt have money to do anything. 700 isnt a lot and I wouldnt gamble any of it. I would go out to eat, the Bellagio has a wonderful buffet, I would get tickets to see Blue Man Group, I would check out the musical fountains, get a massage, just relax and use the money I know I have to do things I want, rather than potentially lose all I have and do nothing I want.

I would have that double more than once in a few hours and plan on staying more than just the weekend. Then I would find some random stranger Saturday night and get married in a drive through by an Elvis impersonator (we would of course have our marraige annualed by the next Saturday). At our wedding he would sing me the song hunk-a-hunk-a-burnin'-love.
