Well.. the problem is.. you can't. Here's why.

You can purchase software that can reside on the PC's that can restrict the surfing the specified sites. However, you will soon discover that porn has a way of finding it's way in. You might want to look at your router's capabilities (if you are using one) as most routers and track website traffic history. Internet Explorer can also track history, but these history files can be easily manipulated to not reflect the porn site visit.

Here's what you'd need to do...

1) discuss this with the members of your home and explain to them that viewing this type of material is completely unacceptable.
2) install the NetNanny or similiar software on every PC.
3) Look into the ability of your router to track internet usage.
4) Get a restricted web site list that you can load into Internet Explorer's built in site restriction system.
5) Monitor internet usage through Internet Explorer.

This is obviously a lot of work. The biggest thing you can do, in my humble opinion (and I have 5 kids) is to explain them what is acceptable and what is not. Also explain that Internet usage is a priviledge that can be taken away should the rule be broking. The monitor on occasions and revoke the usage if the rules are broken.

The bad thing about try to use the system and software to block is that the people want to 'share the porn' and the people want to view it... can be quite inventive in finding ways to circumvent the rules.

Good luck!
