Are you outdoorsy? If so, you can backpack, camp, fish, do bird-watching, collect gems (there are some states that have places where you can mine for gold--its cheap and quite fun to do), go ride sand dunes, plant a garden. If you a indoors person, you can collect things, like certain kind of butterflies, insects. Go to the zoo, museums, take up painting, yoga. Go to a ballet (much more interesting than you might think), go to an opera. Learn to play a musical instrument.

Tennis! It's like playing chess/reading an invigorating book while listening to great music while having a great, fun workout rolled into one enjoyable activity. It's also great to meet ppl and it's the most fun you can have with your partner with your clothes on!
Reading non-fiction (or sampling, as i call it) by spending some time at a local bookstore is also a good hobby. If not for anything else, it would give you a lot more options/ideas for what you can do with your own life:)

This one rocks - disc golf. There are publications in each and each and every position. basically seem it up on-line. you will get a disc golf equipment for about $20. that's nicely interest, a lot a lot less extreme priced than classic golf, and the ladies love a guy who can hit the basket from 50 yards!
