how to clear white patches off the skin?

i hav some on my face. they r increasing day by day . how do i reduce them? plz help.

Just in the last few weeks I have noticed these spots on myself, too. I think it is because I have fair and sensitive skin and have been out in the sun too much but, I was told by a friend of mine who is a nurse that it is a lack of a vitamin or something that your body needs to maintain it's pigment and she told me to take fish oil. In pill form of course. She also said it could be skin damage cause by the sun which I would also believe because I have white patches where I had excessive sun exposure and where I burned. I have started taking the fish oil pills and they have not gotten any bigger and I have not seen anymore.

Most likely it is psoriasis or eczema. It is often controlled with a simple cream from your Doctor. Lots of lotion on top of that will help. I have the same problem, but well under control. Your skin needs more moisture. Often alone lotion will not be enough though.

ok if u r a tanner in the bed or sun stop it please your have no pigment under your skin in those places so this puts u at a very hi level for developing skin cancer also when u have to b in the sun u must where a full strength sunscreen please i know this is correct so be careful ty they will go away if u remain out of the sun stop and think hun this winter if u didnt tan in a bed u probably didnt have them rite?

Hydrocortisone. Apply it to the affected area daily and it should go away!

i have that too but they only come out after i tann so dont tann and they will go away
