I've been wondering because they still should have alot of talent on there squad so are the playoffs out of reach for them with a deep west or will they lose and end up in the lottery again.

The jazz are going to do just a poorly as they have in the past. Ever since the Malone era ended, the Jazz have not been very good. AK47 is not a very good all round player, he blocks shots, gets a steal or two, but that is about it. He doesn't consistently score, a guy a team was built around should be at least a 20 point scorer. (averages 15.3 ppg) oh yeah and remember he average near 3 TO's a game too. He misses so many games a season it isn't even funny.

Okur is overpaid, way over paid. I agree that they need a big man, One of the few talents they have, they are talking about trading. Boozer is a rebounding machine and gives a good (not great) low post scoring threat to take some heat off of others. Other than that, the Jazz suck. Harpering is a solid player, but not good enough to build a team around, they picked up a good player in Brown, but he won't be top notch for some time if ever.

The Jazz will be able to reach the playoffs next year.
With their new starting line up:
-Deron Williams, PG
He should only be better in his second year at the point.
-Ronnie Brewer, SG
He will only make this strong defensive team even better. However he is young, a rookie.
-Andrei Kiralenko, SF
This should be his best year in the league.
-Carlos Boozer, PF
He is such a workhorse, every team needs a guy who grabs all the boards.
-Mehmet Okur, C
The most underrated center in the league.

Although Harping is old he should be one of the leagues top 6th men. Fisher is a new guy that should help too. This team is better than last year but still not good enough to make it past the first round because there is a lot of talent in the West.

They'll win and make the playoffs. They have one of the best and most underated coaches in all of basketball. Mr. Jones did an excellent job of summing up the rest of the team.

even though i am a diehard 76ers fan, i think andre kirilenko is awsome. he is so underated and he is really good all around player. the jazz need a couple more years to gain more experiance and they need a big man that can make his presence known.

no playoffs.

They probably wont make the playoffs. If they do, then they will be the 8th seed.
