I guess I could be both, I have gotten some really great suggestions from Answers on things that other people in my family circle could not answer, so that is nice. I offer advice and answer questions only when I really feel like what I have to say would be of use, and I usually don't tend to guess, but only offer advice on things I feel confident knowing so I don't lead people the wrong way...
