The best all-around corner would be Rod Woodson. He was fire in man coverage and was Hell on running backs in run support. His overall smarts made him a Pro Bowl caliber FS after his ACL injury took away his 1-1 cover skills.
The best "cover" corner ever was Deion Sanders. He couldn't support the run worth 1/2 a lick, but he literally shut down ANYONE'S best receiver and, worse yet, was a big-time threat to score anytime he made an interception...Pick-6, anyone???

i hate to say it, but Deion. no one else was able to cover like he did. experts say he is the only d-back that could take away half the field on every play.
ps - the guy that said Lott is not smart - Ronnie was a safety

well i believe he was before your time but to me growing up and seeing all that i have seen it would have to be #1Herb Atterly then #2 Dion sanders and my third is a toss up, it would be between Rod Woodson and Mel Blount
