Make sure to check with your Dr. before you do anything...

You can mainly help pack and unpack, and hold the door open for the boys while they carry boxes. You can probably help move little things if they are light...towels, pillows, couch cushions...things like that. Be careful of all the bending.

Good luck and congratulations on the baby!!

Don't lift anything heavy, stay away from large amounts of dust and let someone else do the cleaning w/ cleanin products etc....and keep open some windows and doors to air everything out. Watch out also for any rusty nails/jagged edges, keep away from sharp objects and things that are stacked up and can fall. Watch your step in moving too...sometimes people drop things or you aren't accustomed to the new layout of a place if there's a small bump or sudden step/drop you can lose your balance and fall. Make sure stuff is sanitized well. You never know what kind of house people kept before you were there, and even if it's a new house you never know what the contractors/installers tracked in on their shoes and clothes. Play it safe. Your baby will love you for it and you'll stay healthy too. No sense in risking anything.

You can pack the boxes, seal them, and write what room on them. But don't lift them up or down. Mostly just stay out of the guys' way. Only lift the light stuff, that isn't large. Not being able to see where you are stepping is just as much of a hazard. You can make sure that the guys have plenty to drink and food for when they are hungry

You can do the majority of the wrapping dishes/packing. Just don't do any heavy lifting. Cleaning up after things are moved out of your old house/before they're moved into your new house should be OK, too. Just take it easy whatever you do!

You can pack the boxes and unpack the boxes and move only the light things. Once you pack and seal a box someone else has to move it. You can also clean if you need to.

You can do anything you feel capable of doing. Get someone else to do the heavy packing and moving for you.

Instruct the movers on what to move & where to move it. You shouldn't lift anything heavy.

Anything over 30 pounds... do not lift. Also.. if you want to paint a room... let someone else do it. The fumes are harmful. Good luck

take it easy as much as you can...carry in boxes that arent heavey....maybe have your husband carry in the boxes and you can unpack them....clean the house with soap and water...you dont want to use anything with too much chemicals....when your feet or back start hurting take a break...dont force yourself to work harder or longer than what your body is telling you bc if you do it will definately hit you the next morning
