Tylenol(Extra Strength is your best bet) is basically your only choice for pain. I'm 2 months pregnant myself (congrats on the little one by the way), but Ibuprofen, or any others is harmful to the developing fetus. Use oralgel and tylenol, if it gets to the point of "ridiculous", call a dentist to look at you really good and go from there. I was just turned away from the dentist today, because of how far along I was, and my dr. thought it would be best to prescribe me some pain meds and antibiotics. So try the Tylenol and see what happens

I have been through the same thing 3 times already in 2 pregnancies. You really should go to the dentist, there is most likely an infection and it needs to be treated so it doesn't spread to the baby. They can prescribe you antibiotics and painkillers. Most likely tylenol 3's. They are safe, as long as you warn your doctor first and you don't have a high risk pregnancy. You can also get a tooth pulled if required. I did when I was 7 months. Just check with your doc and make sure your dentist knows your pregnant because they should have a list of meds they know your not allowed. Good luck.

Hi, you've performed the entire proper matters, you ought to get again for your dentist earlier than yuletide, it sounds to me that they have got both no longer dealt with you properly or effectively left your filling "prime" which effectively implies that you want a few shaved off, sounds foolish however your mouth is so touchy that even quarter of a millimeter say would do this a lot harm. if so you'll relieve the challenge by means of no longer remaining your mouth completly letting if fall evidently open heading off the enamel assembly every different hence a few quick time period comfort i'm hoping for you. well success. (well success with the child too)

You should go to the dentist. You could have an abcess or a tooth that needs a root canal. Leaving either of these untreated can lead to a nasty infection that could turn systemic, thus causing harm to both you AND your baby.

You can safely take Tylenol Extra Strength 500mg each caplet (or a store brand of Acetaminphen 500mg each caplet)

You can also use Orajel tooth pain gel.

Tylenol.....You are allowed to take up to, but NO more than 4,000 mg of tylenol a day...You should also go a dentist, tooth aches, and or infections are not good during pregnancy..
My OB/GYN said NEVER take ibuprofen OR motrin during pregnancy, but you could always call your OB/GYN and see what they say.
