Once a year on the first day of my period i would just throwing up between 3-5 times and then i would go lay down and sleep for about 5 hours wake up and feel better. this started about three years ago. is it normal or should i go and see a doctor?

I would mention this to your doctor when you go for your annual exam,this might be the time that your body is most likely to become pregnant and this is why it is just happening once a year,but make sure you are going for your annual every year and ask.

I've never heard of that happening to anyone before...ask your doctor about it the next time you have an exam.

I recommend go see a doctor and go tell him about this and he will tell you if its noramal he might give you something that could save your life

i won't say it's abnormal. i know people who have vomiting and diaorrhea on every first day. someone i know used to have that until she had kids. now her daughter has it too
