no, if u think that MTV is helping these bands. ur wrong. they're too focused on the fame now. before they were famous, they were focused on making good music that they enjoyed. now they're focused on making everyone else happy and they want the fame.

MTV is a disgrace to music.i hate MTV.whenever i find a band i like and nobody knows them MTV plays their song and they become HUGE and then all these people say that they like a band,for example panic! at the disco,and they have only heard i write sins not tradgedies but not lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off or the only difference between martyrdom and suicide is oress coverage.thats what I hate about MTV (besides they barely play music anymore and most of their shows are really bad anyways)

Your not a genius...I don't think so...afi for example they made their best album sing the sorrow back then..were never really promoted that much on MTV...it would be almost impossible to top that album..that's just an example plus MTV puts no damn music it's all reality tv.....MTV=More reality TV....and afi always changes their styles I got all the albums you can tell they change constantly...MCR
that's up to the taste of people...I like the new album better than the old one...

yes, I agree SO MUCH. I've been saying this forever. And I bet Fall Out Boy wouldn't have made the absolutely worst music video ever if it weren't for their recent fame. They also ruined MCR and everyone who actually loves music's fun.
