It is a very minor surgery, I don't think it will cost much, usually it differs from surgeon to surgeon.

IF you have this done, and assuming it's for a child, it's a fairly quick operation. Just take all the ramifications into account before committing to it.
Of course, the same applies to an adult, and a few more. Make sure the doctor knows your wishes concerning full or partial, and to 'clean' up all the skin tags, before finishing up.
If an adult, consult with your family doctor, as well as the urologist who will do the procedure. If it's for esthetic reasons, that's not a good reason. If it's for health, check all the ramifications, again.

Go to your doctor or even call around,there will be a doctors fee as well as hospital medication and time spent this could be quit costly they always have hidden costs like the draping instruments used etc..

About 500$ for an infant and 2,000$ for an adult, I believe. It will probably vary surgeon to surgeon. Valuable peice of skin, in more ways than one if it's left alone ;)
