For me fresh fruits and veggies are more appealing to me in the a.m. And breakfast is a new concept for me, but I don't feel good if I don't eat as soon as I get up (5:30-6:00). Lately I've been doing oatmeal with a mashed up banana in it. Seems to really tie me over till my 9 a.m. snack. Toast worked well also.

You might want to speak with you Ob/Gyn about your symptoms. Try eating bland food that are still nutrisious such as chicken or turkey broth. If your symptoms still persist, then definatley go to your doc and get some advice from a trained professional.

I got sick in my first trimester very bad. dont eat anything to heavy on your belly. try nibbling on crackers, pretzels ect. just dont eat hole meals if you know your going to get sick. snack through the day. also make sure your drinking alot of water. if you are not holding water down you need to see a doctor.

good luck
