BEST is relative and subjective. What might seem BEST to any of us here, may not at all, to you?
BEST, in my frame of reference, includes various things, depending on factors such as married? Family? Schools? Shopping? Law enforcement, security issues, travel to employment, etc etc etc.
BEST to me, at my age, also relates most to comfort. Where will I fit in and what environment suits me comfortably.
If you have the time, and budget, certainly you can investigate "PLACES" on your own or with help, but take into consideration what you already enjoy, or want to enjoy, not only as it regards place, but how well you'll fit into that.
Best wishes.
Rev. Steven
BTW,,, surveys, advertising, especially by Realtors, financial institutions, even market trends,,,will change,, I promise.
