Don't put on an act and fake it that will only make things worse in the long run.I have had the same problem as soon as I fell pregnant with my little boy I went off anything of the carnal nature and even of having hugs etc.I did try and force myself to be intimate with my fella but I hated it and he has now left.Turns out I'm depressed and I am now being treated for it.

I regret not being truely honest about how I was feeling and for not making my partner accept that there was a real problem there as he might have stayed had I done. With me it was all about my self esteem or rather lack of it,I don't know what it is with you but I think you need to be really honest with yourself and your partner .You can work through this and be better for it in the long run but don't put on a front the only one you will really be fooling is yourself.

You said it yourself, you had 2 kids in 3 years! You have no energy left! Kids pulling on you all day, you do and do for others, and you have nothing left to give. Let him know it's not him. Maybe if you felt more like a woman instead of a mom things would be different. Maybe if you could get a relative to sit with the kids at thier place every week or two. Dinner out and a movie, try a date night again. Don't talk about the kids, the house, your job, the bills,,,,,

a Friend of mines wife had this problem, so in a joke i passed him a adult dvd an said put this on, go make a cuppa leaving her in the room with dvd running, and it will bumpstart her into action by the time you bring the tea to her she'll be ready for you.he went home, me and the wife laughed, and now they have a large collection of dvds, and don't come to the pub as much.

Are you clinically depressed?

How old are you? Are you an ageing mom who had to get kids quick before menopause kicked in?

Hormone trouble?

Too tired.

You need to get back "at it". Once you start, you'll want more. But it's that first time that will take some working up to.
