I heared another women say I found out I conceived an hour after their grandmother passed. How would they know that?

They can tell, sort of, if reproductive activity by the parents is infrequent. Mom or dad may then recall when that activity took place.

Logging the time when you have sexual intercourse is the clue.

But the sperm can live inside a woman for 2-5 days and a released egg lives a few hours (maybe a day and half). You could figure out pretty close, but not to the exact moment.

If you wanted to know if humans (or any other soul) can be reborn - that is quite a possibility.

Thats just a bunch of tripe and hog wash. You dont know the EXACT moment you concieve but you can tell the exact moment you become pregnant. Some women call it maternal conception. There is no "ping" and your pregnant no.

If within a certain period of time your parents only had sex once. Then it was directly towards the end of that intercourse you were most likely conceived.

Personally I don't want to ask about any of that.

She meant that she found out she was pregnant. It is impossible to know when conception took place. That is why doctors use the first day of your last period to estimate a due date.
