On my psp it always says DNS error has occured, why is that? I know that I have the right DNS. After it says DNS error has occured, I type in the website again and it goes perfectly fine. It only says this at my house, nowhere else.

Most likely your Internet Service Provider has a poor DNS server. I have had serious issues with this in the past when using DNS servers from Qwest. I never use the default dns servers anymore, as most of the larger providers (qwest, comcast, etc) aren't quite as good at service as specialty houses.

My guess would be that your primary dns server is having issues, either with being overloaded, or just not functioning correctly, so when you try the site again it's either getting through to the primary server or having better luck with the secondary.

I would recommend that you find alternate dns servers to use, and plug those in to your tcpip settings.. rather than having them "automatically assigned".. then you should not have problems again.

I've seen people unable to reach ANYTHING because of dns issues, and simply plugging in an alternate server fixed the problem 100% of the time.

Here are a few you could use:
68.87.77.130
69.67.108.10

209.98.98.1
66.254.98.138

I'm not familiar with how to set this up for a PSP, but those servers should work great..

Good Luck!
