Definately Hillary Duff!! Lindsay's okay, but she seems a little on the "Drug-Abuse" side of the "Hollywood-Scene" nowadays........So, I pick, Hilary, even though I'm not too sure who she is, she seems a little on the "More Stable" side, as appose too Lindsay, if I remember whom I think she is, she's got it going moreso, in the right direction, than Lindsay, it seems........So my vote is Hilary Duff.........

well, Hilary Duff didn't write her songs for her first CD, Lindsay Lohan sings songs that were already written (as a repeat), so right now, NEITHER

Why not just ask: what do you like better the sound of fingernails on a blackboard or the screech of a child?
The only possible way to watch either of these two perform would be to take ear-plugs (if in person) or to mute the TV, because although they can't sing they're not terrible to look at.
