I'm gonna say no - because this opens up the door to a whole slew of problems. Middle Eastern terrorists could change their ethnicity and slip through Customs and Immigration virtually undetectably. Visible minority students and prospective employees could lose out on scholarships, bursaries, and employment quotas because white people are changing their skin colour/facial features and applying as a minority.

Sure, I think we need to walk around in each others skins for a while. Maybe then some of the intolerance would subside, but then we'd realize an even greater lesson: Intolerance would still exist, even if we switch races, because we all need to feel powerful.

No. God made us the way he did. Male or Female. One race or another and to do so would be to tell God that he made a mistake and didn't do the right thing.
