Does it annoy you to see henpecked guys? They are always sweet talking to their ever nagging wives!!!

What bothers me is when the wife is insulting him in public and he is sheepishly smiling and trying to sweet talk!

I HAD AN UNCLE WHO WEIGHED 90 LBS SOAKING WET. MY AUNT WAS ABOUT 270 LBS. SHE WOULD SOFTLY TELL HIM TO TAKE THE GARBAGE OUT AND HE WAS DEAF. I THINK HE LEFT HIS HEARING AIDS ON THE TABLE SO HE WOULDN'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO HER-LOL. SHE WOULD ELBOW HIM AND NEARLY KNOCK HIM OFF HIS CHAIR. SHE WOULD SCREAM "GET THOSE THINGS BACK IN YOUR HEAD SO YOU CAN HEAR ME". SHE USED TO NAG THE POOR GUY TO DEATH, BUT HE LIVED TO 100 YEARS OLD.

He needs to retire. He is starting to say more often silly things that are ludicrous! But in all fairness, when the 700 Club is usually the first to be at disasters with their relief program, "Operation Blessing" they don't make the news. They can be the first to a tragic scene with relief supplies saving lives and helping people 1,000 times a year but once or twice a year when Pat says something absurd it's front page news. Yeah, what he said needs to be challenged and chastised but hasn't every one said at least one or two stupid things a year?

It takes two to tango. To the guy, it's not henpecking, it's the attention that they crave. So, it happens to come in the form of nagging and torment. To them, it's music.
My father was "henpecked" for years. Still is. To him, it's love. But so are air shows....go figure?

I think it is a bad deal when either of the two has too much power in the relationship. It doesn't make much sense that you marry someone because you love them, and then spend your marriage holding power over them for the rest of your lives.

aww...men that sweet talk their wives. how terrible that they show affection to the women they love! i swear this whole world is falling apart when they do this. i mean seriously, what woman wants a man doting on her? that's just sick.
