Need information about shuttle service from Syracuse,NY airport to Fort Drum,NY

I agree regarding contacting the base. There's a sign as you exit the secured area concerning personnel reporting to Ft. Drum, but I don't recall the specifics of it.

Also, because of the lack of housing at the base, there have been daily commuting shuttles for personnel in Syracuse to get to Ft. Drum. Perhaps you can hook up with one of those (although it might mean staying at a hotel overnight - not a terrible thing).

Another possible alternative is public transport. I'm not familiar with the availability, but if Greyhound or other bus service goes to Ft. Drum, you can take a public bus or taxi, to the bus terminal in Syracuse, then take the long distance bus from Syracuse.

Contact the base and see if they offer duty drivers for incoming personnel on orders.

Otherwise, you are probably going to have to hire a charter service at the airport, which could get expensive, since Ft Drum is a couple of hours away.
