Everyone is different. It all depends on the size of the polyps, how many you have and where exactly they are located.... Talk to your doctor. Hopefully you have a doctor that will be able to listen and explain exactly what your polyps mean to your ability to get pregnant. Good Luck to you and your husband !!

depending on their number and location, they can be responsible for spotting of blood as you describe. They can impair preganacy, not being a great place for the embryo to implant

Your OBGYN should discuss with you whether or not it would be useful to have the polyps removed.

They are often NOT cancerous... but in some rare cases can be.

They would usually be removed by a procedure called Hysteroscopy - using a telescope to look inside your womb, the doctor can find the polyps and cut them off and send them to the lab.

See your OBGYN

Hi back at you. Your doctor should have explained all of this to you. You may try going to WebMD and searching through their info. Also, planned parenthood would be a good source of advice. Of course, your OBGYN would be the best place to get the correct answers.
