This is a continuing problem for me. I need moisture for my dry skin but it makes my makeup run especially under my eyes. How do you handle it? I can't use powder since it will make my eyes look old and wrinkly...what do you do?

In the morning (or whenever you are putting your makeup on)
do not put eye gel or eyecream on your eyelids.... otherwise it can cause your eye makup to slide off.

You can put your eye treatment products on your eyelids before you go to bed though.

A good waterproof mascara that is only 10 is from marykay: http://www.marykay.com/mpeters2014/color/eyes/mksignaturewaterproofmascara/default.aspx

the Oil Free EyeMakeUp Remover is awesome too. http://www.marykay.com/mpeters2014/skincare/lipeyecare/10089100/10089100/default.aspx

Try using a waterproof mascara. I like Loreal mascara. You might want to try a moisturizer just for eyes see if this makes a difference also. Hope this helps!!!

You should first let the under eye cream set for about 5 minutes before you apply your makeup.Use waterproof mascara, and skip putting the mascara on your bottom lashes if you are trying to take attention away from the under eye area. You should also refrain from lining the under eye area, too.

I sympathize with you! This is a problem I've fought for years! Waterproof mascara does work, but irritates my eyes. I've finally given up the fight and stopped wearing mascara on my lower lashes. It's weird at first but you'll get used to it. Just make sure to blend liner well into your lower lash line.

You should avoid putting moisturizer on your eyelids, either leave them dry or apply a primer before putting on eye shadow & mascara. MAC makes really good primer products, they have one for before you apply eye shadow and one for use before mascara. They really help your make up to stay on and not run.

Try only using mascara on top lashes, and use waterproof. If your going swimming, use the clear stila one that`s like green or blue. But it's clear, so you won't have colorful eyes lol.

If it wasn't for the NeoCon agenda, all of us would be able to use mascara without this problem.

Good luck.
